Thinking this is a scallop?? NOPE! Its actually a potato!!! When I first heard “Fondant Potatoes” on a cooking show, I was immediately intrigued. I’d never heard the term fondant applied to anything besides a type of frosting for a cake or cookies. I started looking up what exactly this was and how to do it. Of course I couldn’t wait to try it and see for myself how to do it and how it would taste. Well, as with other things I’ve done, it was a little time consuming and fussy, but the end result was delicious, fun, beautiful, and photographed wonderfully. Its a keeper!!
