Lemon Bars with Violas

Oh my oh my!  Just the mere thought of bringing two loves of my life together!!! Flowers AND food???????  Lemon bars AND Violas!!!  How much better does it get?  These are the most delicious lemon bars, and I’ve tried so many.  I take these to bazaars and holiday fairs that I participate in, and they are one of the first things to go!  Everyone loves the violas because they make them look so pretty, but they come back for the delicious lemon bars themselves.  In the summertime, I can add my own flowers and in the winter you can purchase edible flowers if you really want to have them.  The recipe I use is from “Once upon a Chef”.  I love this site and I give credit to her, not me, for the yummy bars.  But the violas……yeah that was me,  I couldn’t resist!
