Pumpkin Cake Roll with Toffee Cream Cheese Filling

This is a fun, beautiful, and delicious pumpkin cake roll. I’ve been looking through tons of recipes to find the one I wanted to try. The minute I saw the picture of this one I knew my search was over!! I loved the swirly design and couldn’t wait to make it.♥

I hope if you try it, you’ll be as delighted as I am with it. It looks way harder than it actually is. It just takes a little time but it’s so worth it. It looks beautiful, as you can see.😊  In the link to the recipe you will note that there are pecans and toffee bits (from a Heath Bar) that you add to the filling.  Those are totally optional.  I didn’t have the Heath Bar, (but it would have been wonderful!!!) and I used pecans on only half of it so we could see what we liked best.  Any of it or none of it is absolutely fine! Its delicious no matter. Its however you like it!

Delightful to have for yourself  (yes you can splurge on yourself!)  and impressive to take somewhere else!  Win, win!  (don’t you just love win, wins?) ♥
