Smoked salmon in phyllo cups

These are quite delicious little appetizers that are simple to make. They look pretty, taste wonderful, and are quick to do. The phyllo cups are in the freezer section at the supermarket already made.  These crispy little shells with the creamy salmon filling are the ideal hor d’oeuvres.  All you have to do is make the filling and have a little garnish on hand and they will be a hit at your next gathering. Perfect for cocktail hour!
