Caprese Stuffed Mushrooms
Its been quite awhile since I posted a recipe and thought I’d send one your way! I recently made this and it was soooo scrumptious I couldn’t resist sharing it with you. This is an easy, delicious, flavorful recipe that I plan on keeping in the repertoire of ever evolving things to make!
The mushroom is meaty, the filling is cheesy deliciousness, with the tomatoes slightly bursting, and then the fresh basil ……oh my! The drizzle of balsamic vinegar is the perfect finish!
